Review Your Purchase
Inspect your items immediately upon receipt to ensure they match the description and condition noted in the listing.
Contact Support
If you believe an item was misrepresented or damaged during shipping, email our support team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos.
Authorization and Labeling
Once your claim is approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to package your item.
Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on the circumstances.
